To scale our growth, we’re seeking a Marketing Manager who can lead our SEO and YouTube strategies to maximise visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building, and technical SEO audits.
Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly blog articles, landing pages, and app store listings.
Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
YouTube & Video Marketing
Build and manage Kiddopia’s YouTube channel strategy to increase subscribers, views, and engagement.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists for maximum visibility.
Work with creative teams to plan video content calendars (educational, promotional, community-driven).
Run YouTube ads and analyze performance metrics to improve ROI.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with product, design, and content teams to align SEO and video strategy with brand goals.
Collaborate with performance marketing to amplify video reach across platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO, YouTube, and digital marketing.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in SEO, YouTube, or digital marketing.
-Proven track record of driving organic growth through SEO and video marketing.
-Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO tools
-Creative mindset with ability to ideate engaging content.
-Excellent communication and analytical skills.
-Familiarity with kids’ content, edtech, or gaming industry.
-Experience running YouTube paid campaigns.
