WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Kic is on the hunt for a Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our paid growth strategy and execution across all major and emerging media platforms.

This role sits at the heart of our growth engine and therefore we're looking for someone who is comfortable testing bold ideas, partnering with our Marketing team and external agencies, and using data to optimise every stage of the funnel.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading and optimising a full-funnel paid media strategy across major platforms and emerging channels.
Managing media buying and campaign execution, including budget management, pacing and spend optimisation.
Developing and maintaining audience segmentation frameworks to improve ROI and guide targeting.
Designing structured testing frameworks and attribution models to drive smarter investment decisions.
Building performance dashboards (CAC, ROI, LTV, retention) and reporting back to leadership.
Partnering with design and comms to brief and deliver high-performing creative.
Collaborating with SEO, CRM, content, product and partnerships team members to align on growth campaigns.
Staying ahead of market trends, competitor activity and new platform features to evolve Kic’s growth playbook.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will bring:

5+ years of hands-on experience in performance/ growth marketing.
A proven track record of driving acquisition and revenue for consumer brands.
Strong understanding of growth metrics, attribution models and optimisation strategies.
Experience briefing and working with creatives to deliver performance-led ads.
An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
