Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Lead in Saint Louis, MO. Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Marketing Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives, coordinating across multiple teams within a matrixed organization
- Foster collaboration among marketing, IT, and business units to align on campaign objectives, technical requirements, and implementation strategies
- Leverage Marketing Cloud's OOTB capabilities to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions
- Guide integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles, ensuring data integrity and security
- Design and implement successful marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and mobile messaging
- As a Salesforce Marketing Lead, you will oversee data imports and exports, perform data cleansing and deduplication, and ensure data quality
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to provide insights into marketing efforts
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of data and alignment with business objectives
- Lead initiatives to set up new companies, including market research, strategy development, and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
- Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Advanced flow experience
- Proven experience in setting up new companies and driving growth initiatives
- Experience in change management and governance
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a proactive attitude to platform enhancements
- Ability to translate technical information into layman's terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
