Role Summary
We seek a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will focus on driving digital performance through email marketing, social media, lead generation, and web analytics—helping expand our brand reach and convert interest into engagement and sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with ActiveCampaign and a solid understanding of the customer journey within the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns through ActiveCampaign, including automations, segmentation, and performance analytics
- Develop marketing funnels aligned with customer journeys and sales goals
- Manage lead-nurturing workflows to boost engagement and conversions
- Design and schedule newsletters, promotional emails, and drip sequences
- Integrate ActiveCampaign with external platforms (CRM, website forms, booking engines)
- Analyze campaign results and deliver actionable insights to guide strategy
- Oversee social media campaigns and digital content initiatives
- Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to maintain cohesive brand messaging
- Monitor web traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics using web analytics tools
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 1 year directly managing campaigns in ActiveCampaign
- Strong knowledge of email marketing automation, lifecycle campaigns, and lead funnels
- Proficient in A/B testing, segmentation strategy, and data-driven campaign optimization
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred)
- Experience with Google Analytics, social media platforms, or paid digital ads (preferred)
- Strong command of SEO/SEM principles and their integration into digital strategy
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
