Role Summary
Keystone Partners is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, and enhance brand awareness. This role requires expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, automation, analytics, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven and comfortable working with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms to execute and track performance across multiple channels. This role requires extensive expertise in Google Analytics, including the latest GA4 updates and advanced tracking capabilities.
Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable distilling technical information into terms that stakeholders can quickly and easily understand and quantify. Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration across teams. While experience in training others is not required, an interest in mentoring and knowledge sharing is highly valued. This role will partner closely with the eCommerce Director and the Senior Director of Marketing to ensure strategic alignment and maximize digital performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social media.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Lead and execute SEO strategies, including on-page and technical optimizations, keyword research, and content planning.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Oversee targeted email campaigns, segmentation, and lead nurturing using HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo.
- Lead Generation & CRO: Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and sales pipeline growth.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and generate insights using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
- Social Media & Content Promotion: Manage paid and organic social media marketing, leveraging analytics to improve engagement and reach.
- A/B Testing & Performance Optimization: Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaboration & Vendor Management: Work with designers, content creators, and third-party agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
- Budget & Performance Management: Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex digital marketing and analytics insights into clear, actionable recommendations for internal teams and leadership.
- Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Support team members by sharing expertise and helping them understand best practices in digital marketing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Ecommerce Director and Senior Director of Marketing to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and drive business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and attribution modeling.
- Experience in Google Ads, SEO, PPC, SEM, and paid social media advertising.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for stakeholders with varying levels of expertise.
- Interest in training and mentoring others, even without prior experience.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
