Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

KeyShot is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition as our primary top-of-funnel growth engine. This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Los Angeles or Orange County. You'll shape how new customers discover KeyShot — from paid search and social to emerging platforms like TikTok, Reddit, and GPT Ads. This is a role for someone who's just as comfortable optimizing a Google Ads campaign as testing a brand-new channel before anyone else has figured it out.

What You'll Do

• Own paid strategy across paid search, paid social, affiliate, and direct mail, with accountability for lead volume, quality, and efficiency
• Expand KeyShot's footprint on emerging channels — TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, GPT Ads, and LinkedIn — with a full testing roadmap per channel
• Identify, test, and scale new channels to reduce dependence on Google and Meta
• Own measurement and attribution — pixel health, conversion mapping, UTM hygiene, and platform-vs-business-outcome reconciliation — in partnership with Data and Lifecycle
• Drive the creative and audience testing pipeline in partnership with Content and PMM
• Contribute to budget planning, forecasting, and spend allocation
• Apply AI tooling to creative analysis, audience modeling, and reporting

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of paid/performance marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency with HubSpot, ad platforms, GSC, GA4, and productivity tools
• Comfortable working across marketing, sales, and CS teams
• SaaS, B2B, or design-software industry experience preferred
• Ability to work independently, and to plan and execute multiple projects at once

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools for creative and audience analysis
• Experience launching on emerging platforms (TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, GPT Ads)
• A mix of in-house and agency background
• Experience with attribution or MMM tools

Employment Type

Full-time. Reports to the Head of Acquisition Marketing.

Location

Remote (Los Angeles or Orange County preferred).

Compensation

$100,000–$120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
