KeyBridge Interactive (KBi) designs interactive eLearning, web applications, and immersive media experiences for government, defense, and enterprise clients. Our projects combine user experience design, visual storytelling, and front-end development to make complex information engaging and easy to use.

We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for visual detail and a passion for user-centered design. If you love using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern UX methods to create beautiful, functional interfaces, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile learning platforms.
• Translate instructional and technical content into clear, user-focused experiences.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate front-end implementation (HTML/CSS/JS awareness).
• Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability testing feedback.
• Develop engaging interactive media, motion elements, and gamified interfaces.
• Maintain and evolve KBi’s internal design system for consistency across products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interactive Designer.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and visual design work for web or eLearning applications.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UX research, user flows, information architecture, and responsive design.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote team environment.

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

• Designing interactive learning content, simulations, or training systems.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript or front-end prototyping.
• Familiarity with Unity, Blender, After Effects, or motion graphics.
• Background in instructional design, education, or UX for government clients.
• Interest in AR/VR, 3D UI, or gamified learning environments.

• While this position is hybrid/remote, employees still have access to meet at our headquarters in Oklahoma City.
• We do monthly, optional coffee shop meetups as a team in the OKC Metro during the workday.
