The Social Media Manager (Strategy) will play a crucial role in leading social media marketing efforts. This role is focused on planning and executing social media strategy and best practices for clients while overseeing team processes, organization, documentation, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The goal is to ensure that marketing campaigns are executed in alignment with client expectations, goals, and broader marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create comprehensive social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives. Utilize performance data to refine and optimize campaigns for various platforms, ensuring content resonates with the target audience and stays ahead of digital trends.
- Implement and manage processes to ensure a highly collaborative and efficient workflow that supports strategic output for all campaigns.
- Lead the planning, management, and execution of social media campaigns across multiple clients, with support from the Social Coordinator. Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client’s strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the design team and other creative contributors to ensure that all assets are delivered as required. Ensure that all content aligns with the creative strategy and meets brand standards.
- Work closely with internal teams, including growth and community teams, and external partners when necessary to ensure cohesive execution of social media strategies.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and high-value partners in the Web3 space. Collaborate with community managers to leverage network power and enhance brand engagement.
- Use analytics tools to track and evaluate social media performance. Provide regular reports to clients, showcasing ROI, key performance metrics, and how the data will shape future strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their social media strategy. Build strong relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and successful campaign execution.
- Create and maintain systems for managing social media accounts, including scheduling, posting, and responding to inquiries. Ensure that all operations are streamlined and efficient.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly in a leadership role.
- Experience managing social media accounts across platforms like X and Discord
- Experience working with Web3 projects or in the blockchain space is a requirement (2-3 Years minimum)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership, creative, growth, and community teams.
- Experience in influencer engagement and social community management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
