Role Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on marketer with a passion for digital lead generation, campaign management, and brand development. This role plays a key part in driving B2B marketing initiatives, improving customer engagement, and supporting the sales funnel through strategic and tactical digital marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, create, and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including automation workflows, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation and ROI-driven outcomes.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with the brand's tone, messaging, and sales funnel requirements.
- Contribute to cross-selling and upselling initiatives through digital campaigns and support material such as printed flyers and client communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital campaigns integrate seamlessly with the new website (Umbraco CMS) and product systems (Cin7).
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years' proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in a B2B environment.
- A Marketing related Degree.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot for email marketing, automation, and CRM integration.
- Demonstrated success managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimisation.
- Solid understanding of digital content creation, brand voice, and marketing strategy.
- Experience with cross-selling, upselling, and supporting both digital and printed marketing materials.
- Working knowledge of Umbraco CMS and Cin7 (advantageous).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
