Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences and have a strong understanding of user behavior, interaction design, and modern design principles. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create engaging and functional interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

·      Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify user needs and improve product experiences.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations and design decks.

·      Strong presentation design skills with hands-on experience in Microsoft PowerPoint.

·      Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business to translate requirements into effective design solutions.

·      Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

·      Gather user feedback and iterate designs based on usability insights and business goals.

·      Ensure responsive and accessible designs following industry best practices.

·      Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution.

·      Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.

·      2–3 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer.

·      Must have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX projects, demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving approach, and practical application of design principles.

·      Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

·      Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and interactive mockups.

·      Good understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.

·      Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

·      Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.

·      Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an added advantage.

·      Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

·      Experience designing SaaS products, enterprise applications, or AI-driven platforms.

·      Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools such as Principle, Framer, or After Effects.

·      Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

·      Understanding user analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Microsoft Clarity.
