About the role

As Kendamil’s first dedicated marketer in Canada, you’ll own how our brand comes to life in the Canadian market — from brand campaigns, retail and trade marketing to events, social and digital.

Working closely with our global marketing teams and VP of Marketing, you’ll turn Kendamil and KendaKids’ global strategy into bold, locally relevant campaigns that connect with Canadian families.

You’ll own the Canadian marketing calendar, budget, KPIs and performance, while bringing your knowledge of Canadian consumers, retailers and culture into the wider North America team.

We’re looking for someone who knows Canada, thinks strategically and isn’t afraid to build from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Canadian brand & marketing strategy

• Retail & trade marketing across key accounts

• Product launches, seasonal campaigns & local activations

• Events, agencies and Canadian vendor relationships

• English/French bilingual marketing & compliance

• Localisation of social, digital and creator campaigns

• Canadian marketing budget, KPIs & performance reporting

• Bringing Canadian consumer, retail and competitive insights back to the wider team

Qualification and experience:

• 5+ years marketing experience; CPG required.
• Bilingual English/French required.
• Working knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape and trade marketing.
• Comfortable operating independently as the sole Canada-based marketer inside a US-led team.
• Strong project management skills and comfort coordinating across a border and time zone gap with the NA team.

Desirable:

• Food, beverage, baby/kids nutrition, or better-for-you category experience.
• Familiarity with Health Canada labeling and infant-formula/food marketing regulations.
• Familiarity with tools our marketing team already runs on: Sprinklr, Canva, CapCut, Asana, Slack, Meltwater.
