About The Position
As a Data Scientist you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced data science models to solve business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that enhance our products and services.
Functions
- Processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis
- Conduct research and analysis to identify data patterns and trends that can be leveraged for AI model development.
- Performs data analysis, interprets the findings from it and explains the finding to stake holders.
- Propose solutions and strategies to tackle business challenges.
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and statistical models to power AI results and actions.
- Ensure AI model development incorporates all necessary guardrails that always allows the user to be in control.
- Lead testing processes to assess and continuously enhance AI performance.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, making improvements as necessary to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Designs and maintains scalable data pipelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data science and customer analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, marketing, sales, and product development.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, or related quantitative field required.
- 3-5 years of experience within data science, advanced analytics and statistical analysis.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in SQL.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
- Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Ability to visualize data in the most effective way possible for a given project or study
- Expertise in building Generative AI applications.
- Proven track record of delivering data science solutions that drive business impact.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS and utilizing containerized solutions for deploying scalable machine learning solutions.
- Experience with frameworks like Dash to build scalable web applications.
- Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Travel Requirements
- This position is expected to travel approximately 25% or less.
