UX/UI Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to drive the ongoing digital transformation within our global business services hub. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem by researching, designing, and delivering highly intuitive, user-centric solutions. Your work will directly enhance both internal systems and external customer-facing platforms across a world-class international organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated UX/UI design experience for digital products (both web and mobile applications).
• 5+ years of overall professional background within the IT sector.
• Deep knowledge of UX research methodologies, including user interviews and A/B testing.
• Strong communication skills to present design strategies and research data to stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional visual design skills with a solid grasp of typography, layout hierarchy, and contrast.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Practical experience in creating responsive designs tailored for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.

Nice To Have

• Mastery of design systems like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS to ensure smooth collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Product Owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to align design concepts with strategic goals.
• Create intuitive wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Execute user research, interviews, focus groups, and usability tests to collect actionable insights.
• Foster the UX maturity roadmap and embed user-first design standards across product teams.
• Develop and maintain reusable design frameworks, UI kits, and research asset libraries.
• Verify early-stage concepts and continuously iterate on layouts based on data and research.
• Deliver clear and comprehensive design documentation for seamless developer handoffs.
• Keep track of market trends, modern tools, and evolving UX/UI methodologies.
