Keltron IoT, Corp., specializes in advanced alert and notification systems and we are seeking a dedicated QA Automation and Test Engineer to join our team. The QA Automation and Test Engineer will have strong skills in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will help ensure the quality and reliability of our applications through systematic testing processes and close collaboration with the development team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, write, and execute test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Desired Experience in QA automation: 5 years or more.
- Create and maintain automation test scripts for web and API testing.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing.
- Track and report bugs using tools like Jira, Redmine, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Maintain documentation including test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Perform root cause analysis for critical issues.
Core Skills (Required):
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including test planning, test design, test execution, defect management, and test closure.
- Experience in creating, executing and maintaining detailed test plans and strategies.
- Experience in manual testing of web, desktop and API-based applications.
- Good knowledge of test case design techniques, test case integration and QA methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in writing automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Jenkins, JMeter, NUnit, jUnit etc.
- Scripting in JavaScript, Python, C#.NET or similar languages.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience using Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Databases: Experience with SQL or NoSQL/Cloud databases.
- Experience working as member of a software team.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to start work during early morning hours (6 am EST)
Nice to have
- ISTQB Certification.
- DevOps: Understanding DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines, is a plus.
