About the Role
We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our client's Integrated Marketing team. This role brings value by informing product strategy, identifying audience needs, communicating the value of products and services, and nurturing engagement through marketing campaigns and programs. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will engage in national-scale go-to-market (GTM) launches and agile operational tests to aid in the development and scaling of in-app products and new initiatives. You will support strategic product marketing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and excitement of financial and experience products.
What You'll Do
- Drive the development and strategic bets for new business cases and products in the fintech space.
- Set and execute business KPIs for zero-to-one initiatives and partner with teams to develop new financial services offerings.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products.
- Drive customer research and insights, creating messaging and positioning that communicate product value.
- Execute marketing campaigns, including content creation, in-app and email campaigns, and reporting results to leadership.
- Provide cross-functional leadership, participating in weekly business reviews and driving data-based recommendations.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in a PMM role, focusing on GTM strategies in a high-growth environment.
- Passionate about making daily impacts and thriving in energizing environments.
- Experienced in market research, understanding user experiences, and leveraging data for decision-making.
- Skilled in managing complex projects, implementing detailed processes, and turning strategies into measurable success metrics.
- Eager to explore different aspects of the business, seamlessly flexing between strategy and execution.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, ideally in a customer-facing role.
- Possess a builder’s mentality, passionate about technology products, and an effective communicator.
