Position Overview
A national marketing and operations team is seeking an entrepreneurial, data-driven marketer to own integrated campaign strategy and execution for the in-store and reservations business. This role will help grow and retain key merchant partners, collaborating at the intersection of growth, brand, product, and operations. The ideal candidate excels at project management, cross-functional work, creative strategy, and campaign performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee 20–30 concurrent integrated campaigns per quarter, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to execute multichannel marketing programs (paid media, promotions, CRM, in-app).
- Liaise closely with sales, strategy & operations, analytics, and marketing teams on go-to-market deployment, campaign progress, and reporting.
- Develop and own creative and strategic briefs, set campaign strategies, and maintain cross-functional alignment.
- Produce regular campaign status updates, performance commentary, and impact reports for leadership and partners.
- Lead the development of customized co-marketing plans for top reservations merchant partners (one per quarter) and scale winning strategies to SMBs and new partners.
- Use data-driven methods to set campaign goals, optimize performance, and support new customer and merchant acquisition.
- Contribute to the co-marketing playbooks and help refine GTM strategies for future campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in marketing (integrated marketing, brand, media, or equivalent roles).
- Outstanding organizational and detail-management skills; proven ability to oversee multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills, comfortable crafting reports and updates for senior leaders and cross-functional groups.
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively and collaboratively in entrepreneurial environments.
- Cross-functional marketing experience and stakeholder management across internal (CRM, media, creative, analytics, product, etc.) and external agency/partner teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-first, goal-based campaign optimization.
