Marketing Consultant

Job Summary

Our client, a major U.S. telecom company, is looking for a Marketing Consultant to cover their Hispanic Market creative lead role on the Consumer Advertising team, contract through February 2027, hybrid 3 days/week onsite in Bellevue, WA, Overland Park, KS, or Frisco, TX. The team drives in-culture Hispanic advertising across the business's lines of service. The role involves leading Hispanic ATL creative strategy across TV, streaming, radio, and audio, overseeing BTL executions across digital, OOH, and print, and owning projects end to end including hands-on ad trafficking and creative operations. The right candidate has real experience doing both the creative/strategic work and the operational trafficking work, not just one or the other, along with native or fluent Spanish and strong presentation skills for senior leadership.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Hispanic ATL creative strategy and direction across TV, OLV, OTT, radio, and audio
• Oversee BTL executions across digital, OOH, and print for consistency
• Own assigned projects end to end, from intake through final delivery, across T-Studios and external agencies
• Develop and own Universal Creative Briefs (UCBs) for assigned projects
• Traffic finished creative assets, manage Ad-ID and version control, QC against specs
• Present creative work and rationale to senior leadership
• Manage OEM partner relationships (Apple, Samsung) where applicable

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Bilingual English/Spanish, native or fluent Spanish strongly preferred
• 4+ years advertising or marketing communications experience in consumer products (wireless or consumer tech preferred), or equivalent agency account management
• 4+ years broadcast experience, plus solid print and digital experience
• Hands-on ad trafficking or creative operations experience across broadcast and digital
• Experience presenting creative to senior leadership

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience inside in-house creative or production studio workflows (e.g., T-Studios)
• Familiarity with Workfront, Airtable, and Teams
• Familiarity with ad trafficking platforms such as Extreme Reach, Innovid, Adstream, or MediaOcean
• Digital testing/optimization experience, and experience using consumer research

• Comfortable owning both creative direction and hands-on production execution, not just one side of the work
• Culturally fluent, able to judge whether creative genuinely resonates with a Hispanic audience, not just translates
• Detail-oriented under deadline pressure, managing multiple projects across channels at once
• Confident presenting and defending creative decisions to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
• Reliable and collaborative given the cross-functional nature of the work with T-Studios and outside agencies

Work Environment

• Location: Bellevue, WA, Overland Park, KS, or Frisco, TX
• Hybrid onsite 3 days/week

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $52.00 and $60.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
