Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Producer

Location: 100% Remote

The SFMC Email Specialist manages the production, deployment, and quality assurance of email and SMS campaigns.

Works closely with marketers, designers, data analysts, and automation teams to ensure timely and accurate communications.

Codes responsive and dynamic emails using HTML, adhering to brand and legal standards.

Handles secure contact list management and ensures compliance with CAN-SPAM and other email regulations.

Creates, tests, and deploys email templates, automations, and dynamic campaigns.

Conducts A/B testing and analyzes campaign performance to improve engagement.

Requires at least 3 years of experience in HTML email coding and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio.

Strong project management, communication, and attention to detail are essential.

Preferred skills include AmpScript, SQL, CloudPages, JavaScript, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
