About The Role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing Communications to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing communication strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness. The Head of Marketing Communications will report to the VP Marketing and work closely with other teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Investors and C-level executives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and manage a team of marketing communication professionals, including copywriters, social, events, graphic designers, and web.
• Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to support business objectives and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the CEO, VP Marketing, Research, product marketing, regional managers and other key stakeholders to define the company's messaging and positioning.
• Manage the creation of marketing content across multiple channels, including website, social media, email, Webinars and more.
• Develop and implement effective public relations (PR) and analyst relations (AR) strategies that promote the company and its products.
• Manage the company's websites, ensuring that it is up-to-date and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
• Support North America marketing activities, including regional events, partner communications, and field marketing coordination
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's communication strategies remain competitive and effective.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns to optimize ROI.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing communications.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication campaigns.
• Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with marketing automation software, Wordpress, Elementor, and content generation platforms.
• Understanding of the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
• English native speaker - a must!
