About the Role

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of marketing programs for Keka's partner ecosystem. Working closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Design teams, you will create scalable programs that enable partners, strengthen relationships, and generate business opportunities.

This is a high-impact role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across partner campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, enablement, events, and communications.

Designation: Partner Marketing - Manager/Senior Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Partner Go-to-Market

  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
  • Plan and launch joint GTM initiatives with channel, referral, and technology partners.
  • Build quarterly partner marketing plans and campaign calendars.

Partner Enablement

  • Create and maintain partner enablement assets including presentations, sales decks, campaign kits, playbooks, and marketing collateral.
  • Drive partner onboarding and ongoing enablement through webinars, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Ensure partners have access to updated product messaging and marketing resources.

Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns across email, webinars, digital channels, content marketing, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to generate partner-driven pipeline.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives based on insights and data.

Partner Events & Engagement

  • Lead planning and execution of partner events including webinars, partner summits, workshops, and regional meetups.
  • Manage communications, registrations, logistics, and post-event engagement.
  • Drive continuous partner engagement through newsletters, product updates, and community initiatives.

Content & Communications

  • Develop partner-facing content including newsletters, presentations, landing pages, case studies, and campaign assets.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Design teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Support product launches and partner announcements with effective communication plans.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams to execute integrated GTM programs.
  • Track key metrics such as partner engagement, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve partner marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, Alliances Marketing, B2B Marketing, or GTM Marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven experience working with channel partners, resellers, referral partners, or technology alliances.
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience planning and executing co-marketing initiatives, partner enablement programs, and partner events.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing programs based on insights.
  • Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
