Keep Space is a company in the ecommerce fulfilment space developing some of the best tech in the market for the public to utilise for logistical operations with a sign of beauty and flare. We have team members working with KeepSpace in 5 locations in 3 countries (India, Phillipines and Australia).

The ecommerce companies we support are online retailers and wholesalers here in Australia and overseas. We’re looking to grow our marketing and sales team with a full time Lead generation specialist.

Our work that we provide is within service of 3PL which is a logistics platform we have developed internally and you can see some of the public display that is still required to be finalised here on this video.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining google add campaigns
• Creating and maintaining Instagram advertisement campaign
• Creating and maintaining LinkedIn advertisement campaign
• Creating and maintaining TikTok advertisement campaign
• Creating scheduled posts on instagram
• Creating scheduled posts on LinkedIn
• Creating scheduled posts on TikTok
• Creating emails and maintaining via campaign monitor to KeepSpace organisations.
• Based on skill performance of the posts and advertising management review for testing on other platforms such as Facebook and (twitter) X .
• You will be required to be actively available through the working time of the day.
• Expected to be working between 35-40 hours a week.

Qualifications & experience

Required needs

• Deep Understanding of social media platforms and advertisement platforms (required)
• Minimum 4+ constant working years experience (required)
• Ability to speak English to a working level
• High articulated with the English written language
• Knowledge of ecommerce
• Consistently display incredible attention to detail
• Design standards are consistent with todays western market requirements
• Ability to take critics from the CEO and be willing to redo work to improve to a higher level
• Proficient in visual designs

Advantageous skills

• Experience with all the social media platforms
• Experience with all the google ads
• Working Experience with Slack
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the related field
• Experience in the ecommerce businesses
• Experience in logistics and fulfilment.

Compensation

KeepSpace shows a financial development sequence within its roles over a 3 year period to which we will display here:

• Year 1 Initial offering of an Annual salary of 500,000PHP - 600,000PHP annual payment

• Health Insurance Cover of up to 100,000PHP

• Year 2 Expected offering an Annual salary of 600,000PHP - 700,000PHP annual payment

• Health Insurance Cover of up to 100,000PHP

• Year 3 Expected offering an Annual salary of 750,000PHP - 850,000PHP annual payment

• Health Insurance Cover of up to 100,000PHP

Also

• 4 Weeks Paid Accumulating Annual Leave
• 2 Weeks Paid Accumulating Personal / Sick Leave
• All annual payments, paid on a weekly basis, each Thursday

Auto Rejections

• All applicants who apply without 4 years of consistent working experience will be automatically rejected from the application process

• A flat based management culture (no restrictions to speaking to any leader in the entire company)
• We are not strict in regards to hours worked so long as the work is completed. (the focus is on efficiency of the projects needed instead of the time duration working).
