We’re a growing digital marketing agency based in Vancouver, BC, focused on managing paid ad campaigns. We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to keep our campaigns and internal systems running smoothly. You’ll work alongside the owner, admin team, and ad management team to help execute great client work by managing timelines, systems, and communication across the team.
This isn’t just a managerial role — you’ll be our operations quarterback, ensuring projects move forward, client expectations are met, and no detail gets missed. We’re looking for someone experienced, proactive, and ideally fluent in the language of marketing.
A little more about us: We help businesses across North America and beyond run ad campaigns that help their companies grow, with a primary focus on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. The niches we serve are service businesses, Saas companies, and eCommerce stores. We specialize in ads, and all the aspects of page design, conversion tracking, and creative strategy that lead to better outcomes from ad campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Attend key client meetings (alongside the strategist or ad manager), take detailed notes, and turn them into internal tasks.
- Manage weekly project timelines and deliverables for multiple client accounts.
- Keep status updates current and hold team members accountable.
- Help maintain and improve agency SOPs and workflows.
- QA client deliverables and make sure everything meets expectations.
- Manage the creation of project management templates for tasks or clients.
- Serve as the go-to person for internal coordination and follow-up.
Who You Are:
- Minimum +5 years of professional experience in a marketing operations role (agency experience is ideal).
- Exceptionally organized and reliable — you never drop the ball.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and relaying important updates.
- Highly proficient with project management tools like Clickup or Asana.
- An understanding of digital marketing channels is ideal (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Extroverted, calm under pressure, friendly to work with, and solution-oriented.
- Based in or able to work during North American business hours (EST or PST).
