Marketing Specialist

Overview
Keep What You Earn Co. is hiring a Marketing Specialist to assist in executing our multi-channel marketing strategy. This role is for a resourceful hands-on marketer who thrives in B2B environments and understands messaging. The objective of this role is to systematize out client acquisition process through intentional targeting and data collection.
Your work will be focused on increasing consult bookings, driving a consistent flow of qualified CFO leads, and elevating our presence within the medspa, beauty, and wellness industries as well as our ideal clients who are looking to scale or sell their business. You will help multiply our marketing presence and efforts, lead campaign execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale what works.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Studying our niche, messaging, and offers
- Conducting competitor, market, and customer research to surface content ideas and opportunities
- Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Descript, etc.) to streamline workflows and repurpose content
- Ensuring social content aligns with core content pillars and messaging
- Managing company Facebook, LinkedIn, and IG pages, interacting as company
- Posting in client industry Facebook groups as Shannon
- Encouraging team members to share company posts and drop reminders in Slack
- Graphic design for social media (many starting templates provided)
- Sending mailers to client prospects
- Researching industry conferences and speaking engagements
- Managing Google ad campaigns pointing specifically to podcast episodes
- Editing and designing thumbnails for YouTube videos (simple podcast format)
- Podcast guest invitations and outreach
- Podcast pitches for Shannon
- Programming email marketing sequences
- Podcast editing (if skilled and desired)
- Hosting 15-min discovery call screenings with prospects once trained
- Assisting with implementing CRM system
- Website updates in Squarespace
- Tracking KPIs - forms received, calls booked, close rate, podcast performance, content performance, ads
We are looking for a well-rounded savvy marketing specialist who can roll up their sleeves and help multiply our reach but focus on the activities that make the most impact.

Experience Required
- 5+ years in B2B marketing (bonus for experience with financial professionals or consulting)
- Deep understanding of brand, conversion, and content marketing principles
- Bonus: exposure to medspa, beauty, wellness, or premium service-based businesses (our clientele)
- Bonus: worked with consultants, professional services or financial professionals
Reporting Structure & Growth
- Reports to the President and works closely with Sales function.
- Presents KPIs and marketing updates in monthly team meetings
- Collaborates with client service and operations teams
