The Role: Growth Marketing Manager
This is a high-impact, hybrid role that sits at the intersection of product marketing and growth. You’ll lead our unassisted, digital-first funnel from top to bottom, crafting messaging, creative strategy, and positioning that moves the needle.
You won’t be managing media buys or building sales decks. Instead, you’ll be the strategic engine behind what makes campaigns convert, developing high-performing messaging, landing pages, creative frameworks, and go-to-market strategies that resonate deeply with customers.

What You’ll Do
🔧 Growth Strategy & Execution
- Own and optimize our full-funnel, unassisted growth engine, from awareness to onboarding to retention.
- Lead campaign direction across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
- Develop high-converting messaging, hooks, and creative frameworks that resonate with our ICP.
- Design, launch, and iterate growth experiments to unlock meaningful improvements in CAC, LTV, and activation.
- Optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion funnels across the customer journey.
🧠 Product Marketing Leadership
- Translate product features into customer-centric value propositions that drive both conversion and affinity.
- Own positioning, ICP development, and customer journey mapping.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features, aligned to metrics, not just messaging.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify whitespace and sharpen differentiation.
- Partner with product teams to align messaging with roadmap and ensure voice-of-customer insights inform development.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to refine UX and drive feature adoption.
- Partner with Growth, RevOps, and Leadership to turn data into insight, and insight into action.
- Develop scrappy enablement assets when needed, no giant decks, just sharp execution.
- Drive customer feedback loops that influence both product and messaging strategy.
What You Bring
📈 Must-Have Experience:
- 5+ years in high-growth startups or venture-backed companies, ideally in fintech or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record launching and scaling digital-first products without relying on a sales force.
- Strong grasp of unassisted funnels (think: “Get Started” > “Book a Demo”) and hands-on understanding of acquisition metrics like CPA, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Deep experience running and interpreting A/B tests, growth experiments, and landing page performance.
- Demonstrated ability to craft messaging that drives clicks and conversions.
- Exceptional copywriting skills, clear, persuasive, and aligned with product value.
- Familiarity with design tools and the ability to spin up simple, visually clean landing pages or mockups without relying on a full design team.
🎯 Bonus Points For:
- Experience as a first or early marketing hire.
- Background in both product marketing and growth, and the ability to operate fluidly across both.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed, you can build playbooks as you go.
- Hands-on familiarity with design and creative tooling to produce or prototype basic visuals.
