KEA Building Contracting LLC is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer – Web to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our internal KEA ERP platform. The role also includes creating presentations, posters, banners, and other marketing materials while maintaining the company's brand identity. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern design tools and comfortable using AI-powered design solutions to improve productivity and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design responsive and user-friendly web interfaces for KEA ERP modules including HR, Attendance, Payroll, Sales, Asset Management, and Dashboards.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system, including reusable components, typography, colors, icons, and spacing guidelines.
- Improve existing interfaces through usability reviews and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Prepare developer-ready assets, specifications, and design documentation.
- Design company presentations, brochures, posters, banners, social media creatives, and other branding materials.
- Utilize AI-assisted design tools to accelerate concept generation, image creation, layouts, and content development.
- Ensure consistency of KEA's branding across all digital and print materials.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Eastern Europe or Lebanese Candidates preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in UI/UX or Web Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro.
- Strong presentation design skills using Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Experience using AI-assisted design tools such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gamma, Midjourney, or DALL·E.
- Good understanding of responsive web design principles and component-based design.
- Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
- Experience designing dashboards, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or enterprise web applications is preferred.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects within deadlines.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing enterprise software or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with developer hand-off processes and design collaboration.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, dashboards, presentations, and marketing creatives.
