Job Summary:
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a creative and data-driven E-commerce Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ecommerce, digital marketing, and optimizing the customer journey to drive sales—particularly on platforms like Amazon. As an E-commerce Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in crafting compelling content, executing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to support marketing initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact on customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall brand visibility in a highly competitive ecommerce environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging content across ecommerce platforms, including Amazon product listings, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords using SEO best practices to enhance search visibility and sales performance.
- Assist in planning and executing ecommerce promotions, A/B testing, and content experiments to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and ecommerce analytics tools to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, operations, and sales) to ensure cohesive branding and seamless customer experiences.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest optimizations based on data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Amazon policies, and emerging ecommerce strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Experience Level: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or content creation (preferably with exposure to Amazon or similar marketplaces).
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on persuasive and brand-aligned content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with ecommerce tools and platforms, such as Amazon Seller Central.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to test new ideas and strategies.
