Marketing Manager (Remote | Part-Time)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of our client’s complete marketing process, from strategy to delivery. This role encompasses promotions, public relations, advertising, publicity, and sales coordination, ensuring all initiatives align with brand standards and exceed client expectations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in small business marketing, with deep knowledge of marketing SOPs, brand consistency, and emerging trends. You must be a natural leader, capable of delegating tasks efficiently to the admin team and driving projects with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute end-to-end marketing strategies
• Manage PR, promotional, advertising, and sales campaigns
• Ensure brand standards are upheld across all marketing efforts
• Integrate systems and tools to funnel marketing data and enhance delivery
• Delegate and oversee tasks within the admin team effectively
• Stay ahead of marketing trends and competitive movements

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience managing full marketing functions for small businesses
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Jotform, Notion or a project management system (or similar)
• Experience integrating tools like Zapier (or similar) for workflow automation
• Proven experience working successfully from home, maintaining productivity and communication in a remote setting
• A reliable power supply for load shedding, ensuring uninterrupted work during power outages
• A computer or laptop meeting the minimum requirements:
• CPU: i3
• RAM: 8GB
• HDD: SSD 250GB
• Natural leadership qualities with the ability to effectively delegate and support the admin team
• A high-driven passion to work and succeed, thriving under pressure and meeting deadlines
• South African-based candidates only will be considered

Working Hours:

• 15 hours per week
• UK Time (Monday to Friday)
• 2-hour difference from October to March
• 1-hour difference from March to October
