Role OverviewWe’re looking for a UX Designer / UX Lead who can turn deep technical workflows into clear, human-centered experiences.

You’ll define how engineers interact with AI, visualize architecture and code generation, and bring elegance and intuition to the heart of our product.

You’ll work directly with the Founding team & CEO, Labeeb Ismail, and collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to make the world’s first AI-native enterprise development platform feel effortless to use.

• What You’ll DoLead end-to-end UX design for Kavia’s in-product experience — from chat flows to IDE workflows and architecture visualization.

• Translate complex AI and developer interactions into intuitive, guided experiences.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that simplify sophisticated workflows.

• Drive usability testing, user research, and rapid iteration based on customer feedback.

• Partner with engineering and product to ship polished, cohesive, and performant experiences.

• Contribute to design standards across web, onboarding, and customer-facing touchpoints.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in UX or product design, ideally for SaaS, developer tools, or technical products.

• A portfolio that shows your ability to make complex systems simple and elegant.

• Proficiency with Figma and rapid-prototyping tools.

• Curiosity for how engineers work — you think in flows, not screens.

• Comfort collaborating across technical and creative disciplines.

• Bonus: experience designing AI, workflow, or automation tools.
