We are looking for a Partnership & Marketing Manager to drive business growth by developing strategic partnerships and executing effective marketing initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our AI solutions’ market presence by identifying potential partners, managing collaborations, and increasing brand awareness through targeted marketing campaigns.
Partnership:
Understand the full scope of key our Partners’ businesses and strategic goals to maximize the partnership potential
Establish, maintain, and strengthen Kata.ai’s relationship with key Partners and related external stakeholders
Identify operational opportunities and help improve or innovate new processes to drive strategic growth with and improve performance of Kata Partnership
Understand and communicate relevant information or updates from the partners to the internal team, both technical and non-technical coverage
Align and connect with product and operations teams to act as an internal expert on specific partnerships, products, or strategic projects
Work cross-functionally to drive and deliver scalable data-driven solutions for Key Partners
Develop reporting framework and regular cadence to deliver insights by monitoring both leading and lagging indicators
Confidently deliver presentations to varying internal and external stakeholders
Proactively analyze and communicate the latest key metrics related to business messaging and conversational AI trends
Develop joint marketing initiatives with partners to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and social media.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to create compelling marketing materials.
Organize events, webinars, and community initiatives to engage customers and partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, customer success, account, or project management, or marketing
A self-starter with a track record of taking initiative
Passionate about problem-solving, going deep into an issue, and explaining the ‘why’ and not just the ‘what’ of a trend
Experience in storytelling through data, and communicating those insights to varied audiences and senior management internally and externally
Experience in working cross-functionally, and prioritizing projects and responsibilities on behalf of multiple stakeholders
Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
Experience in channel sales organizations with enterprise B2B SaaS industries would be a plus point
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both verbal and written is a plus
