About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager who will also own lifecycle and retention marketing initiatives. This is a senior role with marketing KPIs at its core, while enabling strong operational collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and deeply familiar with CRM automation, customer engagement strategies, and retention-focused campaigns in digital-first businesses.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
· CRM Automation: Set up, optimize, and maintain automated workflows across the customer journey.
· Lifecycle Campaigns: Run weekly campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and Push, driving engagement and retention.
· Performance Tracking: Build and share weekly dashboards covering lifecycle KPIs and retention metrics.
· Cross-team Leadership: Lead weekly syncs across Marketing, Product, and Growth teams, ensuring documentation of all action items.
· Compliance: Ensure all lifecycle campaigns and data practices comply with GDPR and privacy regulations.
Requirements
· 5–10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention Marketing, preferably in SaaS, Fintech, or subscription-driven businesses.
· Proven expertise in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, or similar).
· Strong command of email, push, and messaging campaign strategy & execution.
· Analytical skills with hands-on experience in dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio, etc.).
· Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
· Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance in customer data handling.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with customer journey mapping and retention frameworks.
· Familiarity with marketing automation APIs and integrations.
· Strong understanding of A/B testing and funnel optimization.
