As we grow, we’re seeking a passionate and experienced Mid-Level Graphic Designer to take our brand communication to the next level through beautiful graphics & motion design.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Mid-Level Graphic Designer with strong visual storytelling skills, a solid understanding of design principles, and hands-on experience managing multiple projects. You will play a key role in developing brand-aligned visuals that support our marketing efforts and enhance user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and localized visual content for Karobar App across all marketing and communication touchpoints including social media creatives, in-app banners, motion graphics, reels, tutorial videos, brochures, posters, and performance ad creatives.
- Develop creative visuals that maintain brand consistency across markets, and help strengthen Karobar’s visual identity among small business users.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, customer support, and development teams to understand goals, user personas, and design requirements, and translate them into clear, user-friendly visuals.
- Take ownership of multiple design projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality, timely output aligned with marketing campaigns and feature rollouts.
- Present design concepts and campaign assets to internal stakeholders; effectively incorporate feedback and iterate where necessary.
- Use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to produce original layouts, vector assets, video snippets, and motion graphics suitable for mobile-first audiences.
- Stay updated on design trends, regional cultural aesthetics, and platform-specific best practices (especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Play Store).
- Pitch fresh and creative visual ideas for brand awareness, product education, and user onboarding initiatives that drive engagement and adoption.
- Maintain a well-organized digital asset library and ensure proper version control, accessibility, and documentation.
- Optionally support and mentor junior designers or interns to foster skill-building, brand consistency, and collaboration across the creative team.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design in motion and static with a strong and versatile portfolio.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and brand consistency.
- Experience creating both static and motion graphics across digital and print platforms.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Keen eye for aesthetics, excellent attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and handle feedback constructively.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design or familiarity with tools like Figma is a plus.
