Job Purpose:
A skilled and hands-on MarCom leader with a mid-senior experience in marketing & communications for our distributor management in EMEA. Ideal candidates will possess an established network in the logistics or intralogistics industry and a proven ability to elevate operational on- & offline MarCom performance across EMEA, i.e. Eastern Europe (particularly Balkan and Baltic countries), and Middle East (particularly Israel, KSA, UAE) and Africa (particularly Maghreb countries & South Africa) in cooperation with our Business Partners/distributors. The experienced and hands-on leader will engage actively in tactical, mainly online marketing operations, while developing a small Marcom team as she/he grows the business (currently one team member). The role calls for a proactive, results-driven marketer with a proven expertise at generating leads with our channel business partners/ distributors, creating a wide brand awareness and building a strong lead pipeline for our indirect sales channels.
Main Accountabilities
Marketing Planning
- Develop marketing strategy for channel marketing EMEA to build a strong lead pipeline
- Implement marketing plan for the local markets in collaboration with respective business partner sales and customer service managers
- Deliver KPI reporting and data-driven insights leveraging marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Plan and monitor regional EMEA marketing budget with forecasts
- Good knowledge and/or experienced to build-up in-depth insights of developing EMEA markets, i.e. Balkan and Baltic countries, and Middel East (particularly Israel, KSA, UAE) and Africa (particularly Maghreb countries & South Africa), ideally with a well-established network in the logistics or intralogistics industry within local markets
- Ensure constant monitoring and adjustment to the plan to generate high-quality leads and opportunities in line with marketing strategy roadmap
Operative Marketing Execution
- Develop and execute the marketing mix both on- & offline (67% Digital: email, LinkedIn Paid, search engine marketing, 3rd party ads - 33% Offline: direct marketing, exhibition and events, print, and customer relations) in line with our corporate design
- Own and drive online channels on proficiency level, including search-engine marketing, paid marketing, social media, email marketing, inbound marketing, and others
- Execute digital marketing campaigns (Hubspot) including content creation (e.g. landing pages, digital content assets, social media posts, others)
- Drive, plan and execute lead generation channels (Google & Social Paid, Search Marketing, others) for the local markets
- Empower our channel partners in marketing and lead management
- Lead nurturing until handover to sales team
- Organize customer/industry events, and exhibitions according to global guidelines and local requirement
Stakeholder Management, Sales and Service Support
- Educate internal & external stakeholders and manage their needs and expectations
- Drive channel partner network in the logistics or intralogistics industry
- Present data-driven insights and provide regular updates against KPIs with action plans
Job Requirements
Training/Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management, or related field.
Professional Experience:
- Leadership: Proven ability to build, mentor, and elevate channel business partners/ distributors to high-performance, in collaboration with respective channel sales managers (EMEA Business Partner Managers).
- 5-10 Years in MarCom: Experience in Marketing & Communications within an international business environment, ideally in logistics, intralogistics, or automation.
- Knowledge of EMEA Markets: Ideally, understanding of Balkan, Baltics, Maghreb, South Africa, Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE and/or nearby markets
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Seasoned in advising and guiding our channel partners/ distributors and their various stakeholders.
- Comprehensive Marketing Expertise, ideally in B2B channel/ distributor management and marketing: Strong skills in marketing planning, online marketing (paid, search, others), digital campaigns, lead generation, and event marketing.
- Solid experience in planning and executing fairs and marketing events.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Expert in online channels, including search-engine marketing, paid marketing, social media, email marketing, and inbound marketing.
- Data-Driven Digital Performance: Skilled in using analytics to optimize campaigns, measure performance, and drive ROI.
