Kantanna Information Technology is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist to lead our digital marketing and marketing automation activities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of marketing campaigns, lead generation, CRM, content and automation, with a strong focus on generating qualified opportunities and supporting business growth.

Kantanna is an Australian and Philippines IT services and technology company providing managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity and compliance services to businesses.

About the Role

You will be responsible for planning, executing and improving Kantanna’s digital marketing activities across multiple channels.

The role will combine digital marketing, marketing automation, lead generation, CRM management, content and campaign performance.

You will work closely with management and sales to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads and convert prospects into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Build and manage automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys
• Develop lead nurturing and email marketing campaigns
• Manage marketing databases, segmentation and lead scoring
• Create landing pages, forms and conversion workflows
• Manage and improve CRM and marketing automation processes
• Manage LinkedIn marketing and lead generation activities
• Manage Google Ads and paid social campaigns
• Support SEO and website optimisation
• Manage and update website content through WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Create marketing content and campaign assets
• Develop campaigns promoting Kantanna’s IT, cybersecurity, cloud and compliance services
• Track leads from initial enquiry through to sales opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates and marketing ROI
• Produce regular marketing performance reports
• Work with sales and management to identify new campaign opportunities
• Use AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation and lead generation
• Continuously test and improve campaigns, messaging and conversion rates

Must Have

• At least 5 years’ total digital marketing experience
• At least 2 years’ hands-on marketing automation experience
• Background working in SaaS, technology, IT services or a related industry
• Strong B2B marketing experience
• Experience with HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation
• Experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns
• Good understanding of SEO and website optimisation
• Experience using WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Experience using Canva, AI or similar design tools
• Experience using AI marketing and automation tools
• Good understanding of digital lead generation, conversion funnels and lead nurturing
• Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns
• Ability to analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Strong verbal and written English and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing activities
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving technology environment
• Able to work remotely in a full-time Work From Home environment
• Able to work primarily Australian business hours (GMT+10), with some flexibility

We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership.

You should be able to move beyond simply coordinating campaigns and be confident in planning the strategy, building the campaigns, creating the automations, generating leads and measuring the results.

You should also be someone who actively looks for ways to improve marketing through technology, AI and automation.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working independently while having the opportunity to help shape and grow the marketing function of an established IT services business.
