Director of Digital Marketing Strategy & E-Commerce Growth
We’re seeking an experienced, data-savvy leader to own and accelerate our direct-to-consumer (DTC) digital commerce initiatives across multiple platforms—including branded websites, Amazon third-party, and online marketplaces. This role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, increasing market share, and ensuring strategic alignment between online efforts and our broader omnichannel vision.
This leader will play a key role in strengthening our DTC performance, using data analytics and lower- to mid-funnel media strategies to drive demand. They will oversee marketing execution across digital channels while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesion with retail operations, uphold premium pricing strategies, and mitigate unauthorized third-party selling.

Core Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising & Conversion MarketingSpearhead full-funnel digital ad strategies focused on conversion across platforms like Amazon Advertising (including DSP, Search, Display, and Performance Plus), Google, Bing, programmatic media, and social commerce channels like TikTok Shop.
- Collaborate with brand and media teams to optimize media investments, product priorities, and timing.
- Liaise with internal and external advertising teams to drive customer acquisition, improve organic visibility, and grow market presence.
- Data, Insights & Performance OptimizationLead performance analytics for all e-commerce efforts, overseeing KPI tracking and developing dashboards that highlight trends in customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and optimize critical metrics such as New-to-Brand (NTB) conversions, ROAS, TACoS, and conversion rates.
- Work alongside Sales Operations to align digital tactics with inventory forecasting and broader pricing and promotional strategies.
- Own the media and marketing budget, ensuring spend efficiency and profitability.
- Team Development & Cross-Functional AlignmentBuild and mentor a high-performing team of marketers and analysts; develop growth plans and promote visibility for team members across the organization.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal departments—including creative, operations, and brand marketing—to ensure unified strategy execution.
- Cultivate a culture of curiosity, consumer-first thinking, and continuous learning grounded in data and performance insights.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in eCommerce, with at least 3 years in a direct leadership role
- Proven expertise in managing seller-side operations on Amazon and other online marketplaces
- Familiarity with eCommerce technologies such as ChannelAdvisor, Shopify Plus, and associated apps
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), analytics platforms (e.g., Domo), middleware solutions, and agency/vendor management
- Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and scaling performance marketing efforts
Compensation: $180,000-200,000 plus 20% Bonus
