We are looking for a Project Marketing Manager - Hybrid or Remote The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in creating viral content, mobile photography, and social media management, preferably within the real estate industry.
Project Marketing Manager (Global)
Key Tasks:
- Participation in attracting new and current developers and partners, preparation of commercial proposals and media plans for the sale of marketing services to developers in Russia, the Middle East, Europe and Asia
- Working with contractors: selection, negotiations, preparation of technical specifications,
- preparation/verification of contracts, monitoring of fulfillment of obligations
- Complete development and approval of commercial proposals, quality control of outgoing proposals.
- Analysis of the needs of the target audience in terms of developer projects;
- Participation in the preparation and collection of documentation: contracts, estimates, invoices and acts.
- Presentation of key projects to clients in English and Russian.
- Building effective communication and establishing a cooperation scheme with Kalinka Ecosystem cross-teams and external contractors.
- Daily interaction with the internal team of Kalinka Ecosystem, consultation on all issues in the field of 360 marketing with a focus on performance, CRM, offline events.
- Initiation of setting and registration of technical and business tasks in the Jira, Bitrix24 systems, in accordance with regulations and WorkFlow
- Monitoring the market as a whole, tracking innovations on platforms, new research, and applying this knowledge in practice.
- Preparation of research documents together with the analytical department on what is happening in the market: trends, news, benchmarks, etc.
- Preparation of competitive analysis;
- Development of standards and processes for preparing commercial proposals/control of the profitability of outgoing proposals;
- Reporting to developers and partners.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in business development within marketing agencies;
- Experience in developing commercial proposals, policies, standards;
- Experience in managing negotiations and concluding contracts with new clients in international markets;
- Presentation skills, leadership position in communications in English and Russian;
- Experience working on the agency side.
