We seek a super organised Marketing Coordinator to plan, manage and schedule marketing project deliverables and content creation across our marketing campaigns and platforms.

YOUR DELIVERABLES
- Strategy & Ideation – partner with the Marketing Director to come up with campaign ideas such as lead magnets to generate leads or engagement.
- Plan & Schedule Marketing Campaigns across our social media, email marketing, landing pages and website.
- Manage Project Deliverables & Timelines – keep the team on track by being proactive and organised.
- Coordinate Content Creation from our expert Marketing Team – allocate, set tasks and track progress of writers and graphic designer throughout content creation process.
- Review and Quality Check all content to ensure on-brand, highly relevant and impactful assets.
- Execute Marketing Projects by liaising with members of other departments.
- Monitor & Report Marketing Performance using data analytics.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years’ experience coordinating marketing content or campaigns.
- Experience using social media management tools such as Canva, Content Studio, Buffer, LeadPages, WordPress, CRM tools and/or Monday.com
- Bonus: Experience with Australian clients and persuasive sales copywriting.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- This is an ongoing permanent part-time contractor role remunerated at USD $7 - 9 hourly rate.
- Flexible working hours (30-40 hours per month).
