We’re looking to connect with Senior Software Engineers specializing in Go to build a strong talent network. This role is ideal for engineers with strong backend experience who are open to early conversations about upcoming opportunities. You’ll engage with our team, showcase your skills, and stay at the forefront of future roles beginning in early 2026 involving high-performance, scalable systems built with Go.

Candidates must be located in Mexico to be considered for this role.

What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain scalable backend services in Go.

- Deploy and manage microservices with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure (GCP or similar).

- Own backend architecture, ensuring performance, reliability, and best practices.

- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and other data/job queue systems.

- Implement observability across systems (metrics, logging, tracing).

What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience building backend systems in Go.

- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

- Familiarity with Redis (or similar job/queue systems) for caching and asynchronous processing.

- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.

- Experience with observability tooling (metrics, logging, tracing).

Nice to have

- Experience with payment or billing system architecture projects.

- Experience with frontend development.

- Experience working in a remote environment.
