We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to lead and own Kake's B2B growth and lead generation. This is a hands-on, systems-focused role for someone who has personally built and scaled lead-generation engines. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified partner leads and owning the funnel end-to-end, from demand creation to conversion and measurement.
This role is heavily focused on LLM-aware SEO, inbound growth, and credibility-driven marketing (case studies, proof, signal).
Ownership
- Build and operate a repeatable pipeline of high-quality B2B partners (clients)
- Own end-to-end marketing execution, experimentation, and optimization
- Drive LLM/SEO-led inbound growth and high-intent demand capture
- Be directly responsible for generating qualified pipeline for the sales team
- Establish clear measurement and reporting tied to pipeline and revenue impact
- Partner closely with leadership on positioning and growth strategy
Execution
- Design and run multi-channel B2B lead-generation initiatives, focusing on what drives qualified pipeline
- Build and maintain scalable SEO and content systems suited for the AI-first search landscape
- Develop and leverage case studies and proof-driven assets to support conversion
- Use AI tools as a core part of how you research, create, and scale marketing efforts
- Run experiments, evaluate performance, and iterate quickly, with clear insight into what’s working and what’s not
- Continuously improve funnel performance across acquisition, conversion, and attribution
Background
- Have experience marketing to US-based B2B companies - ideally within IT services, staff augmentation, recruiting, or consulting
- Have experience building and scaling lead-generation systems (not just supporting campaigns)
- Are especially strong in:
- LLM-aware SEO and inbound growth
- Lead generation and funnel optimization
- Case-study-driven, credibility-first marketing
- Have experience designing funnels, attribution, and workflows in HubSpot and/or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
- Enjoy owning execution while influencing strategy, and want real accountability and visible impact
