Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a UX/UI Designer with strong front-end implementation skills — someone who combines creative vision with practical execution. You should be passionate about building intuitive, beautiful interfaces and enhancing the user experience through smart design choices. While experience with Rails is a plus, your primary strength should be designing and delivering high-quality UI that brings clarity, usability, and polish to every interaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Translate Figma files, sketches, or visual concepts into responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
• Lead the visual and interaction design of features from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and align with business goals.
• Refine UI components and contribute to the evolution of the design system with consistency and reusability in mind.
• Enhance the product through user-centered design principles, micro-interactions, and UX best practices.
• Participate in usability reviews, iterate on user feedback, and proactively propose design improvements.
• If comfortable, contribute to the front-end implementation using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with Rails/Hotwire/Stimulus is welcome but not required.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your process and final outcomes across web applications.
• Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); experience implementing your designs is a strong advantage.
• Attention to detail in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate your design decisions clearly.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Ruby on Rails or Stimulus/Hotwire environments.
