We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on UI/UX — someone who excels at creating intuitive, beautiful interfaces and also brings solid front-end development skills. You think like a designer but understand how to bring your vision to life in the browser. While this is not a pure front-end developer role, hands-on experience building designs into code is essential. Experience with Ruby on Rails is a strong bonus.

What you'll do:

Design clean, user-centered interfaces based on input from product and engineering teams.
Translate ideas, wireframes, or mockups into high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Sketch.
Implement your designs in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within a Rails app, when needed.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency and usability throughout the product.
Maintain and evolve a design system for scalable and consistent user experiences.
Contribute to shaping the visual language and UX standards of the product.

Wha you'll need:

Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful UI/UX design and real-world product work.
Background in SaaS or tech environments is preferred.
Solid front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); familiarity with Stimulus and Hotwire is a plus.
Bonus: Experience working with or in Ruby on Rails environments.
High attention to visual detail — from spacing and typography to color and interactivity.
Ability to balance creativity with practical execution and usability.
