We are looking for a proactive, organized, and emotionally intelligent team member who thrives at the intersection of marketing, content creation, and executive support within the personal development, coaching, and financial wellness industry. You bring at least 3 years of experience working in a finance environment, including at least 1 year specifically within venture capital, and you excel as a social media manager or content creator with at least 5 years of experience managing channels to amplify thought leadership and industry insights. You communicate with empathy, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and take ownership to keep projects moving forward with excellence.

What you'll do:

Social Media & Content Creation

• Design and post engaging, non-promotional content on LinkedIn and Instagram
• Extract podcast clips into short videos for publishing
• Repurpose voice memos, notes, and transcripts into impactful short-form posts
• Highlight themes like mindset, personal growth, and financial wellness

Lead Engagement & CRM

• Monitor and respond to DMs and inbound messages with high emotional intelligence
• Book qualified prospects directly to the calendar (no hard selling)
• Tag, segment, and manage warm leads in HubSpot or similar CRM
• Send reminder emails to current clients (e.g., fund closing timelines)

Administrative Support

• Manage calendar, prioritize tasks, and organize weekly goals
• Schedule podcast interviews and coordinate light admin tasks
• Keep projects and content deadlines on track

Brand & Campaign Strategy

• Collaborate on growth strategy and target audience planning
• Optimize personal site and free resource hub for inbound engagement
• Research and implement best practices for organic outreach in regulated industries

What you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience working in a finance environment, with at least 1 year in venture capital (required)
• 5+ years as a social media manager or content creator (required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong grasp of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
• Proficiency with Canva for design and HubSpot (or similar CRM) for lead management
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and drive projects forward
