About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Motion Designer specializing in motion graphics for digital campaigns, branded content, and social media. You bring strong design instincts, clean execution, and a polished portfolio full of strategic, eye-catching motion work.

This role blends creative storytelling with technical precision, perfect for someone who can take a concept from brief to final animation, confidently manage multiple projects, and collaborate across teams. You'll work closely with creative directors, designers, marketers, and clients to bring ideas to life through dynamic visuals that perform across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate high-quality 2D/3D motion assets for campaigns, ads, social, and branded content
• Translate strategic briefs into engaging animations that align with brand voice and performance goals
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to guide pacing and direction
• Own animation projects from concept through delivery, managing timelines and feedback loops
• Provide art direction for creative assets across static and motion design
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and maintain internal asset libraries
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers, creative leads, fulfillment teams, and clients
• Stay up-to-date with motion design trends, tools, and best practices
• Mentor junior designers or animators when needed
• Proof, self-edit, and quality-check deliverables before submission

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or related roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign- and ad-focused motion work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects and Photoshop)
• Experience with tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, Toon Boom, or CapCut
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Express, and AI-based motion tools
• Strong grasp of animation principles, typography, composition, timing, and color theory
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating across departments
• Excellent communication, project management, and feedback-handling skills
• Experience working in advertising, games, or branded content (a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, or a related creative field (preferred)

Nice to Have:

• 3D modeling and rendering experience
• Sound design or audio editing skills
• Familiarity with Asana, Google Suite, and file organization best practices
