About the Role

Kajae is seeking a strategic, execution-driven, and technically strong Marketing Manager to lead inbound marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, and marketing automation initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth. This role will own the development and execution of scalable B2B marketing programs designed to generate a qualified pipeline while strengthening Kajae’s market presence across digital channels.

This individual will serve as the primary owner and administrator of Kajae’s marketing automation ecosystem, including lead nurturing, segmentation, lead scoring, workflow automation, CRM integrations, attribution tracking, and marketing operations infrastructure. The ideal candidate has successfully built, managed, or significantly expanded a company’s marketing automation environment and can demonstrate hands-on experience doing so.

This position is focused exclusively on inbound marketing strategy and lead generation. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the GTM team to ensure strong alignment between marketing initiatives, lead quality, automation systems, and revenue objectives.

The ideal candidate has experience within the staff augmentation, outsourcing, nearshore, offshore, recruitment, or similar service-based industries and understands the challenges of standing out in a highly saturated market. We are looking for someone who can think creatively beyond traditional SEO strategies and build innovative campaigns, content initiatives, brand experiences, and scalable marketing automation systems that generate meaningful business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Demand Generation

  • Design and execute inbound B2B lead generation strategies
  • Develop and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
  • Lead SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives with a practical and growth-oriented approach
  • Manage website optimization efforts within Framer
  • Build and execute content-driven acquisition strategies
  • Run and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows
  • Develop creative marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and pipeline generation in a highly competitive market
  • Build lead journey strategies that connect website traffic, content engagement, newsletters, automation, and outbound sales signals

Marketing Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs and campaign performance
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Analyze and optimize acquisition channels using Clay and other marketing and sales automation platforms
  • Monitor lead quality in collaboration with the GTM Manager
  • Identify trends, audience behaviors, and market opportunities to improve marketing performance and ROI
  • Continuously improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and pipeline contribution

Marketing Operations & Team Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate the marketing team’s priorities and execution
  • Develop scalable and automated marketing workflows and operational systems
  • Create and document marketing playbooks, SOPs, and campaign frameworks
  • Improve campaign execution speed, process consistency, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams
  • Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the company’s Marketing Automation platform
  • Build, manage, and optimize automated lead nurturing campaigns and customer journey workflows
  • Design and maintain lead scoring models, segmentation frameworks, and lifecycle marketing processes
  • Develop and manage integrations between CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and sales systems
  • Ensure data integrity, attribution tracking, workflow accuracy, and automation performance across the marketing ecosystem
  • Continuously improve marketing operations through automation, process optimization, and scalable systems

Brand Strategy

  • Define, maintain, and evolve Kajae’s brand positioning
  • Ensure messaging consistency across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms
  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives, including campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives
  • Develop long-term brand awareness and market differentiation strategies
  • Strengthen Kajae’s share-of-voice and digital presence across organic and paid channels

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience administering, building, and optimizing Marketing Automation platforms
  • Demonstrated experience implementing marketing automation systems from the ground up, including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting, campaign automation, and CRM integrations
  • Experience serving as the primary administrator or owner of a marketing automation platform
  • Strong experience with Zoho Campaigns, SalesIQ, CRM, Marketing Automation, and the broader Zoho ecosystem is highly preferred. Candidates with direct Zoho administration experience will be prioritized
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing roles
  • 3+ years of experience leading marketing teams or managing cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Proven experience leading inbound marketing and demand generation initiatives in B2B environments
  • Experience within staff augmentation, outsourcing, nearshore, offshore, recruitment, or similar industries is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with marketing and sales automation platforms such as Zoho One, HubSpot, Clay, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead nurturing workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and lead journey mapping
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, CRM integrations, attribution tracking, and marketing system architecture
  • Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, AEO, content marketing, and paid acquisition strategies
  • Experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience working with marketing and sales automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of lead journey mapping and marketing funnel optimization
  • Experience building scalable marketing processes, automation workflows, and SOPs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs, dashboards, and campaign performance data
  • Ability to think creatively and develop marketing strategies beyond traditional SEO approaches
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Framer is a plus
  • Awareness of emerging AI-driven search trends, such as AEO and GEO, is a plus
  • Candidates must be able to discuss and demonstrate marketing automation systems, workflows, and operational processes they have personally built, managed, or optimized

  • Improve Lead-to-Opportunity conversion rates through strong alignment with GTM and Sales

  • Increase organic reach, brand visibility, and share-of-voice across digital platforms
  • Improve operational efficiency through documented processes, automation, and scalable workflows
  • Successfully execute campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives on time and of high quality
  • Strengthen Kajae’s market positioning within the staff augmentation and outsourcing space
  • Improve lead quality and pipeline contribution through continuous campaign optimization
  • Successfully build, maintain, and optimize a scalable marketing automation infrastructure that supports lead generation, lead nurturing, attribution, and revenue growth objectives
