About the Role
Kajae is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead inbound marketing, brand positioning, and demand generation initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth.
This role will own the development and execution of scalable B2B marketing programs designed to generate qualified pipeline while strengthening Kajae’s market presence across digital channels.
The ideal candidate has experience within staff augmentation, outsourcing, nearshore, offshore, recruitment, or similar service-based industries and understands how to build creative marketing strategies that stand out in highly competitive markets.
What You’ll Do
Demand Generation
- Design and execute inbound B2B lead generation strategies
- Develop and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
- Lead SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives with a growth-oriented approach
- Manage website optimization efforts within Framer
- Build and execute content-driven acquisition strategies
- Run and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Execute email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows
- Develop creative initiatives that increase brand awareness and pipeline generation
- Build lead journey strategies connecting website traffic, content engagement, automation, newsletters, and outbound sales signals
Marketing Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs and campaign performance
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Analyze acquisition channels using Clay and other marketing automation tools
- Monitor lead quality alongside GTM and Sales teams
- Identify audience trends and optimization opportunities
- Continuously improve CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Marketing Operations & Leadership
- Lead and coordinate marketing priorities and execution
- Build scalable workflows, automation systems, and operational frameworks
- Create and document SOPs, playbooks, and campaign systems
- Improve operational efficiency and campaign execution speed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams
Brand Strategy
- Define and evolve Kajae’s brand positioning
- Ensure messaging consistency across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels
- Lead strategic campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives
- Strengthen brand awareness, share-of-voice, and digital presence
- Develop long-term differentiation strategies within the staffing and outsourcing market
What You’ll Need
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
- 3+ years leading marketing teams or cross-functional initiatives
- Proven experience driving inbound marketing and pipeline generation
- Experience within staff augmentation, outsourcing, recruitment, nearshore, offshore, or related industries strongly preferred
- Experience with:
