Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with at least five years of experience working with U.S. clients or agencies in the eCommerce industry. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamental design skills, including expertise in typography, composition, and color theory. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD, as well as Figma, Unbounce, and email builders like Klaviyo. The candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working methodically as part of a team. The ability to critique work constructively and ensure quality control is essential. Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is preferred but not required.​

What you'll do:

• Retain and grow clients by creating high-quality visual deliverables while maintaining brand consistency
• Translate overall eCommerce business strategy and creative strategy into design deliverables, bringing new ideas and inspiration to the table
• Design high-quality assets that stand out in the eCommerce marketplace
• Assemble and maintain assets created into a brand library for consistency and efficiency
• Produce deliverables including landing page designs, social ads, Google ads, and email marketing designs

Requirements

What you'll need:

• Five or more years of experience working with U.S. clients or agencies in the eCommerce industry
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD), Figma, Unbounce, and Klaviyo
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite for collaboration and project management
• Strong communication skills and ability to work methodically within a team
• Ability to critique work effectively and provide constructive feedback
• Attention to detail with the ability to spellcheck and quality-check designs
• Preferred experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
