Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a passionate, talented, and strategic Graphic Designer to join the internal marketing team of a fast-growing digital marketing agency. Unlike traditional agency roles, this position is dedicated entirely to building and elevating one brand—you won’t be managing multiple client accounts.

You’ll work closely with creative leadership and marketing executives to shape a cohesive visual identity across digital and print channels. If you’re fast, flexible, creative, and excited to build a strong brand presence, this role could be a perfect match.

What you'll do:

• Bring the brand to life visually across all channels: social media, email, website, print, and event materials
• Design high-impact visual assets such as ads, emails, infographics, long-form guides, event materials, and landing pages
• Translate marketing strategies into visually compelling creative work
• Create and maintain a robust internal brand library with reusable assets and templates
• Collaborate with creative leadership to define and elevate visual direction
• Handle last-minute creative needs with urgency and clear communication
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, brand audits, and brand evolution discussions
• Ensure consistent, high-quality output aligned with modern design and digital marketing best practices

Requirements:

• Strong branding experience and a proven ability to build scalable visual systems
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD), Figma, Klaviyo, Unbounce, and email design tools
• A portfolio showcasing strong digital marketing work—especially ads, emails, landing pages, and branded content
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and modern design principles
• Experience designing for events, presentations, and long-form storytelling
• A collaborative and proactive communicator, comfortable working with directors and leadership
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, and Slack
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to translate complex business ideas into compelling visual narratives
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
