Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help retain and grow client relationships by delivering high-quality visual assets. This role requires expertise in eCommerce design and experience working with large U.S. clients or agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand consistency, market trends, and consumer behavior while bringing innovative ideas to the table.

What You'll Do:

• Develop high-quality visual assets that enhance brand identity and drive business growth in the eCommerce marketplace.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables, ensuring alignment with client guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Translate overall business and creative strategy into compelling designs that engage audiences and improve conversions.
• Create and maintain a brand asset library for clients, ensuring efficient access to design elements.

Design a variety of digital marketing materials, including:

• Landing pages
• Social media ads
• Google Ads
• Email marketing designs

Leverage market research and data-driven insights to optimize designs for performance and engagement.

• Provide constructive feedback to team members and ensure quality control through spellchecking and design review.

Requirements

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience working with U.S. clients or agencies in the eCommerce industry.
• Strong foundation in typography, composition, and color theory.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD) and Figma.
• Experience with landing page builders such as Unbounce and email design tools like Klaviyo.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work in digital marketing, email design, ad design, and webpage design.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work methodically and efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to critique work constructively and ensure quality control across all deliverables.
• Preferred: Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
