Senior Graphic Designer

Who we are:

Perga Inc, a luxury nutrition MLM startup focused on biohacking and microalgae-based products, is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team on a part-time basis (up to 20 hours/week). This is a long-term position offering the opportunity to work with an early-stage company experiencing rapid growth. You will be the creative backbone of our sales and marketing efforts, working directly with leadership to develop brand-aligned visual content that drives engagement and sales across our MLM network.

Responsibilities:

- Design professional slide deck presentations for company meetings, product launches, and investor presentations

- Create marketing flyers, promotional materials, and sales collateral for distribution across our MLM network

- Develop cohesive marketing assets including social media graphics, email templates, and digital advertising materials

- Manage visual branding consistency across all company materials (Perga Inc has recently launched and owns all intellectual property)

- Collaborate with social media team to create templated graphics for Instagram and other social platforms

- Support the growth phase of a startup by adapting to evolving design needs as the company scales

- Potentially assist with social media management and content creation as business needs evolve

- Work with a distributed team, including founders and influencers within the MLM network

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of professional graphic design experience

- Proven portfolio demonstrating work with established brands and enterprise-level projects

- Expertise in design tools and software (specific tools to be defined by client)

- Experience creating marketing collateral for sales-driven environments

- Strong understanding of MLM/direct sales marketing materials and best practices (preferred)

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with flexible timelines

- Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback iteratively

- Commitment to long-term collaboration and company growth

- Part-time availability (up to 20 hours/week) with flexibility to scale to full-time as business grows
