This role offers the opportunity to shape the brand’s visual identity across garments, campaigns, and digital platforms.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in fashion and apparel design. The ideal candidate will create compelling graphics, prints, and visual assets that align with Truwear’s brand identity and seasonal collections. This role requires advanced technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite and a deep understanding of apparel production methods.

Key Responsibilities

Design graphics, patterns, and prints for seasonal apparel collections.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and e-commerce teams to develop production-ready visuals.
Prepare tech packs, color separations, and print specifications for various decoration methods (screen printing, embroidery, DTG, DTF, vinyl, heat press).
Ensure brand consistency across garments, packaging, and digital assets.
Conduct trend research and apply insights to guide design direction.
Manage multiple design projects from concept to execution.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to maintaining creative standards.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on fashion or apparel.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Proven experience creating production-ready artwork and tech packs.
Strong understanding of apparel decoration techniques and garment construction.
Exceptional attention to detail in scaling, placement, and color accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with large-format design (banners, backdrops, retail displays).
