About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer with a passion for storytelling and a strong portfolio of high-quality motion work. In this role, you’ll collaborate with creative directors, designers, and content producers to craft visually compelling animations that elevate brand messaging and engage audiences. We're seeking someone equally comfortable pitching ideas, animating from scratch, and refining work based on feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate polished 2D/3D sequences for videos, campaigns, and digital content
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align visuals with brand voice and narrative goals
• Own animation projects from concept through to final delivery
• Develop storyboards and animatics that guide creative direction and pacing
• Ensure consistent visual style and brand alignment across all motion assets
• Participate in reviews and respond constructively to feedback
• Mentor junior animators and contribute to the growth of the creative team
• Stay current with animation trends, techniques, and tools

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in animation, motion graphics, or similar roles
• Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Toon Boom, or similar
• Strong grasp of animation principles, motion design, and visual storytelling
• A solid understanding of design fundamentals such as composition, color, and timing
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Design, or a related creative field (preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering
• Sound design or editing skills
• Experience working in advertising, games, or branded content
