The Role

We’re hiring a Project Manager to oversee client projects, coordinate internal workflows, and ensure smooth day-to-day marketing operations.

This role sits at the center of our team. You’ll work closely with leadership, internal specialists, and clients to keep projects organized, deadlines met, and reporting accurate.

You’ll be the person who ensures ideas are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Task Management

• Create and manage project timelines across multiple client accounts
• Own project flow from kickoff to completion
• Track tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met
• Proactively follow up with team members and vendors
• Hold team members accountable for deliverables

Client & Account Coordination

• Attend client and internal strategy meetings
• Prepare meeting agendas and document key discussions
• Take organized notes and track action items
• Assign tasks and ensure follow-through
• Communicate updates and relevant information with clients

Reporting & Data Management

• Gather performance data from marketing platforms and vendors
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client dashboards and reports
• Manage both automated and manual reporting processes
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports

Grants & Co-Op Marketing Management

• Manage calendars and deadlines for grants and co-op marketing initiatives
• Ensure all submissions and requirements are completed on time
• Coordinate project flow for participating clients
• Track documentation and reporting requirements

Marketing Operations Support

• Manage email marketing lead imports and list organization
• Support internal marketing operations and campaign coordination
• Assist with process improvements and workflow optimization

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Ad copywriting
• Blog writing
• Basic website updates (WordPress or similar CMS)
• Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and PPC campaign coordination
