Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation & Content Specialist to manage marketing workflows, automation systems, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have experience with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, and automation tools like Zapier or Make. If you are tech-savvy, highly organized, and have a passion for digital marketing, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation & System Integration
- Set up and manage ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, and ActiveCampaign workflows to streamline marketing processes.
- Build automated email drip campaigns to engage and nurture new community members.
- Connect and optimize CRM systems, email sequences, and marketing funnels for efficiency and performance.
- Use Zapier or Make to integrate various tools and improve workflow automation.
Content Creation & Management
- Edit and repurpose video content from Riverside.fm into long-form articles and short-form clips.
- Manage content scheduling and distribution via GoHighLevel, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Transform raw content (Zoom calls, voice memos, written notes) into visually engaging Canva templates for social media.
- Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all content.
Research & Data Gathering (Bonus Task)
- Conduct light research on potential prospects via LinkedIn, websites, and social media.
- Gather relevant contact information (emails, phone numbers, social handles, recent posts) to assist with outreach.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in marketing automation, specifically with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, and ActiveCampaign.
- Ability to edit and repurpose video content for different platforms.
- Fluent English speaker & writer with excellent communication skills for content creation and client interaction.
- Basic WordPress knowledge (a plus, but not required).
- Experience using Zapier, Make, or other automation tools to optimize workflows.
- Comfortable working with Basecamp or other project management tools.
- Previous experience in real estate, investing, or property management marketing (preferred but not required).
