Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a versatile and self-driven Marketing Automation & Content Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is equal parts systems thinker and creative executor—someone who can build smart automation flows, streamline marketing operations, and repurpose content into engaging digital assets. Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation & System Integration

• Set up and manage ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, and ActiveCampaign workflows.
• Build automated email drip campaigns to onboard and nurture new community members.
• Connect and optimize CRM systems, email sequences, and marketing funnels for performance and scale.
• Use Zapier or Make to integrate tools and automate repetitive processes across platforms.

Content Creation & Management

• Edit and repurpose video content from Riverside.fm into long-form articles and short-form video clips.
• Manage content scheduling and publishing through platforms like GoHighLevel, Buffer, or similar.
• Convert raw content (e.g., Zoom recordings, voice memos, written notes) into Canva-designed social media assets.
• Maintain consistent tone, branding, and messaging across all content and communication channels.

Research & Data Gathering (Bonus Task)

• Conduct light research on potential prospects via LinkedIn, websites, and social media.
• Gather contact information (emails, social handles, phone numbers) and relevant recent activity to support outreach.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in marketing automation, specifically with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, and ActiveCampaign.
• Proficient in video content editing and repurposing across formats and platforms.
• Fluent English speaker and writer with strong communication skills for both content creation and client interaction.
• Experience with Zapier, Make, or other workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp.
• Basic understanding of WordPress (a plus, but not required).
• Previous experience in marketing for real estate, investing, or property management industries (preferred but not required).
