Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and experiment-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to own the entire growth loop — from acquisition to revenue attribution.

This is not a “set it and forget it” ads role. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, launching high-impact campaigns, optimizing the full funnel, and ensuring marketing spend directly translates to revenue.

The ideal candidate lives in the data. You are equally comfortable building a high-converting Meta campaign as you are diving into a RevOps dashboard to diagnose why a lead source is not converting into revenue. You move fast, test aggressively, and think in terms of business outcomes — not vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proactive Paid Media Management

  • Design, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Monitor performance daily and reallocate budgets based on real-time data
  • Identify underperforming segments quickly and pivot strategies accordingly

2. Full-Funnel Optimization

  • Analyze and improve the entire customer journey — from ad click to landing page to sales-qualified lead (SQL)
  • Diagnose funnel drop-offs and optimize weak points
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to improve landing page conversion rates

3. Revenue Operations Collaboration

  • Partner closely with RevOps to ensure accurate tracking, UTMs, pixel implementation, and lead attribution
  • Validate CRM data to ensure alignment between marketing activity and revenue outcomes
  • Ensure closed-loop reporting between paid acquisition and sales performance

4. A/B Testing & Experimentation

  • Maintain a continuous experimentation roadmap across creative, copy, landing pages, offers, and audience segments
  • Run structured A/B tests to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Develop hypotheses based on data, execute experiments, and implement winning variations

5. KPI Ownership & Reporting

  • Own reporting on key growth metrics:
  • ROAS
  • CAC
  • LTV
  • Conversion Rates
  • Pipeline Velocity
  • Translate performance insights into strategic recommendations
  • Present actionable insights to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or high-growth environments preferred

Platform Expertise

  • Advanced hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads Manager
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Tech Stack & Analytics

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
  • Strong experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or similar
  • Deep understanding of tracking, UTM structures, and attribution modeling

Analytical & Strategic Thinking

  • Ability to interpret data beyond surface-level metrics
  • Understands how top-of-funnel performance impacts revenue
  • Can connect marketing metrics directly to bottom-line impact

Work Style

  • Highly proactive — identifies opportunities without waiting for direction
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
  • Experiment-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Implemented a clean, reliable attribution model aligning marketing spend with sales revenue
  • Reduced blended Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by 10–15% through structured experimentation
  • Built a repeatable testing framework that continuously improves performance
  • Delivered measurable pipeline growth tied directly to paid acquisition efforts
